The Custodial team is dedicated to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall image of all university buildings. We use state-of-the-art cleaning equipment that improves efficiency and effectiveness while incorporating chemical-free, environmentally friendly products.

In addition to daily cleaning, our team:

• Reports building maintenance needs such as broken doorknobs, broken glass, and burned-out lights.
• Prepares buildings and dorms during the summer for camp use.
• Cleans and refreshes apartments to ensure they are ready for returning students.

Examples of Custodial Services:

• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces
• Responding to work orders (including minor mold and floor issues)
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Mopping and floor care
• Cleaning restrooms, classrooms, hallways, offices, windows, and public areas
• Serving as the point of contact for pest control and wildlife mitigation
• Serving as the point of contact for trash and waste services
